Return Policy

At premiumsculpture.com, we try best to ensure your satisfaction with every order. We understand that sometimes maybe the product can not meet your expectations, so we make the return process as simple as possible. Please read our return & refund policy carefully.

Return & Exchange Conditions
1. All items returned without authorization will be not accepted. 

 All returns must be authorized before shipping, and you should follow our return policy to qualify for a return.

2. Non-returnable items:

· Due to the particularity of custom products, custom products are NON-returnable.

· Any items which has been altered or installed

· Any items which is not in resalable condition

· Any items which is without the original package

· Any items without the prior return authorization

NOTE: Metal and stone finishes can have minor, natural defects inherent in the raw material, as well as variations in color and texture, which may not match samples or renderings shown to Buyer at the time of consultation. All sculptures are hand made and small imperfections in the finish may occur as  a natural, uncontrollable characteristic of the fabrication process. Natural aging processes may affect the look and color of unpainted or non-powder coated metal, including but not limited to natural patinas for bronze. These imperfections shall not be considered defects.

Returns will be only accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Custom and special orders can not be returned. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. 

Items must be in "full-new" condition. If a evident damage, PREMIUM SCULPTURE reserves the right of charging a reasonable restoration charges.

In inspection period, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value less a 50% restocking fee.

Considering this is an international deal, It is also not fair to customers, who need to pay a high transport cost to return the sculptures. Hope we can communicate in case of an unexpected condition happened.

All items have been quality checked before shipping. But unfortunately, errors will occur sometimes, even if all good intentions.

If the items you received from PREMIUM SCULPTURE are wrong, damaged or faulty, we will try best to make sure this is rectified.

Damages & Quality Issues
Please inspect the package is damage or not before signing the delivery receipt or proof of delivery. Upon delivery of the goods, you will promptly examine them. If any damages in transit or have been incorrectly shipped or are defective through faulty material or factory workmanship. You must notify us by writing to us by email to sales@premiumsculpture.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Damage Product:

1.Please write email to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods with three clear photos of the damaged item and packaging at sales@premiumsculpture.com. Our professional customer service team will do a series of quick damage assessments (Repair, Exchange, Return) and fully assist you with the specific process.

2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition thatyou received it.

3. Your items must be in original packaging.

4. Your item must be returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Quality Issues:

1. Items with quality issues can only be exchanged (no returns or refunds)

2. If there are any problem of products, please email us sales@premiumsculpture.com with three clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our professional customer service team will fully assist youwith the exchange process.

3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

4. Your items must be in original packaging.


FOR ALL CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

Due to the particularity of customized products, customized products are NON-returnable.

Return Shipping Charges
If the return is caused by consumer, consumer will be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers do not need to bear the shipping costs. After the application is submitted, we will provide the return address by email.
 
Refund
After your return is approved, you will receive the refund in 15 workdays around, depending on the issuer's policy. We need charge a fixed fee of 20% of the original order price for all returned product.

Any products returned without authorization, or as damaged or unsalable or to a wrong location, will be subject to additional fee, which will be deducted from your refunds.

Cancel Policy
Please take many cares when placing orders, to ensure all order details including the dimensions and design are accurate. We accept cancellations before the product shipping or produced.

If you request cancel before the order drawings are confirmed, then you will receive a full refund.

If you request to cancel when the product is near to finish, then it’s too late, you would be charged a 30% restocking fee for canceling order.

The order can't be cancelled if the product has already shipped.
